We may ask you to provide personal information upon application to the advanced training course. Personal information requested would include: 

• Name & Contact Details

• Your CV and a covering letter 

Personal information collected will be in accordance to data protection legislation, only used for purpose(s) specified at collection time. These purpose(s) include

• We will use your name and contact details when communicating necessary information of the course with you

• We will use your CV and covering letter to select candidates for the advanced training course 

All other information (web log files, cookies, analytics , remarketing) will be inaccessible by www.wearabletraining.org, though may be automatically collected by Google Sites, which www.wearabletraining.org is hosted on.

Personal information will be collected using Google Forms, and will recieve protections afforded by such, preventing data from being lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way. In addition, access to personal information will be limited to organisers of the advanced training course.

Personal information will only be retained to the extent that the purpose it is collected for is fulfilled. Thus personal information will only be retained to the maximum of shortly after the advance training course has been completed, and legal/accounting/evaluating requirements are fulfilled. Personal information of candidates unsuccessful in the selection process will be removed following the selection process.

www.wearabletraining.org will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless required to by law. www.wearabletraining.org will process personal data only in accordance to the Data Protection Act (DPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access personal data held by www.wearabletraining.org. You also have the right to erase personal data held by www.wearabletraining.org if it is no longer relevant to purpose(s) it was collected for.
